The ingredient of Rocket, tuna and tomato pasta

  1. 375g dried fusilli pasta
  2. 1 bunch rocket, ends trimmed, washed, shredded
  3. 1 small red onion, halved, cut into thin wedges
  4. 100g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  5. 100g semi-dried tomatoes, approximately in the region of chopped
  6. 1 green capsicum, halved, deseeded, cubed
  7. 1 185g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
  8. 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  9. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  10. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  11. Salt & pitch black pepper, to taste
